Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of medical equipment: a camera head for the video track. The subject of the order includes 1 indivisible part, for which the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers, provided that the offer in each of them should be complete and meet the detailed requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular the requirements specified in the price form (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), as well as the requirements contained in Chapter V of this specification. In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party makes purchase of a camera head for the video track. Dividing the procedure into parts is unjustified in such a situation, because all equipment components are delivered as a complete unit by the manufacturers, so not dividing the procedure into parts does not affect competitiveness or the course of the procedure. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 (Price form) to this ToR. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for one or all parts.
