Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus. The subject of the order was divided into four parts. The list of required technical parameters towards equipment is specified in the attachments to the specification
2. Year of equipment production and the required warranty period for defects and guarantees It was specified in the attachments to the specification.
3. The equipment must meet the requirements specified in the law allowing them to be used in the Republic of Poland, and in particular the subject of the contract, which is a medical product, must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 07 April 2022 on medical devices (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620 as amended).
4. The order is co -financed from a targeted subsidy granted by the Healthy Minister as part of the "Investment Program for Modernization of Medicinal Entities".
