Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment and apparatus. The subject of the order was divided into eight parts. The list of required technical parameters for equipment was specified in the attachments to the specification
2. The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of the placing equipment, which isEarlier in operation, regenerated. The year of equipment production and the required warranty period for defects and guarantees was specified in the attachments to the specification.
3. The equipment must meet the requirements specified in the law allowing them to be used in the Republic of Poland, and inThe subject of the contract constituting a medical product must meet the requirements set out in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620 as amended).
