- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment: Package No. 1: Defibrillator (2 pcs.) A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to this Specification of Order Terms. The subject of the order includes: a) sale and delivery of equipment to the hospital that meets the requirements specified in the SWZ - at the expense and risk of the Contractor, b) installation, commissioning and commissioning of the equipment in full technical and operational condition, c) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the scope of operation of the offered equipment assortment.
