Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment - an intraoperative X-ray machine (with a C-arm) and 5 ultrasound machines (hereinafter: equipment or apparatus or equipment), in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with equipment, installation, commissioning and transport, unloading and bringing (at the Contractor's expense and risk) in the manner and place indicated by the Ordering Party to Pabianicki Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o. o., divided into parts:
a. part I intraoperative X-ray machine,
b.part II ultrasound machine min. for urological examinations,
c.part III ultrasound machine min. for gynecological examinations,
d.part IV device dedicated to intensive care, anesthesiology and emergency medicine departments,
e.part V two stationary devices with a mobile base on wheels.
Part I
The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment - part I - X-ray machine intraoperative, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
