Description:
1. The subject of the contract is delivery with the application to the Provincial Specialist Hospital Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. at ul. Hubalczyk 1 medical equipment in the range and quantities listed in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment and quantitative form.
2. The subject scope has been described in detail to this SWZ and in the contract template- Part II SWZ. Description of the subject of the contract includes a statement of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training - part III SWZ. Description of the subject of the contract should be read along with any Changes in the content of the specification, which, for example, the result of answers to the inquiries of contractors.
