I. Conditions for participation in the procedure and a description of the method of assessing the fulfillment of these conditions
1. Oh, the award of contractors who are not subject to exclusion, on the principles set out in this SWZ, and meet the terms of participation in the procedure specified by the Employer.
2.o Contractors may apply, meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, understood as subjective regarding:
a) the ability to occur in business transactions - the Employer does not set special requirements for meeting this condition,
b) competences or rights to conduct specific professional activities, if it results from separate provisions - the Employer does not set special requirements for meeting this condition,
c) economic or financial situation - for part 3 - the condition will be met if the contractor demonstrates, also that he is insured from civil liability in the scope of conducted activities related to the subject of the contract
