Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for the needs of SPZOZ in Łukow.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the specification - a statement of technical and functional parameters.
The order was divided into packages:
Package No. 1 - System for Real Time PCR
PackageNo. 2 - apparatus for staining blood and bone marrow smears, microscope camera, gasometer, POCT system, blood swirling, contactless venom scanner, blood culture, hanging lamp hanging one -armed
Package No. 3 - sorter with a transport system for analyzers
Package No. 4 - descriptive stationfor X -ray, license to descriptive stations
General requirements for the subject of the contract:
The contractor undertakes to provide medical equipment, which:
1) must be factory new, produced not earlier than in 2024, marked and after installation ready for functioning without any additionalpurchases and investments,
2) must be unused - i.e. not the subject of exhibitions and presentations, unrebred, free from physical and legal defects,
3) meet the competent requirements for the application of the law regarding the admission of the products and devices inmedical entities,
4) have a declaration of medical device and a certificate issued by a notified compliance unit (CE mark), based on the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices
