The subject of the order is delivery with the application to the Provincial Specialist Hospital Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. at ul. Hubalczyk 1 medical equipment in the range and quantities listed in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment and quantitative form.
