Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment necessary for the operation of the serology laboratory located within the structure of the Redzki Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus sp. z o. o. - Delivery of an immunohematology analyzer along with the necessary accessories and consumables (description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).2. The Contractor will deliver medical equipment to the Ordering Party and install it in the place indicated by the Ordering Party within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.3. The Contractor will train the designated laboratory staff in the use of the supplied equipment.4. Offered: equipment, reagents meets the conditions specified by law allowing them to be placed on the territory of the Republic of Poland, including, in particular, if applicable, the conditions specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620).5. The Contractor will submit the information no later than on the day of installation of the equipment to the Ordering Party full documentation of the installed devices, including: technical passports, maintenance cards, certificates of conformity/declarations of conformity, operating instructions in Polish.6.
