1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment as part of the implementation of the project "Specialist friendly clinics-improvement of accessibility at AOS at SP ZOZ in Włodawa" implemented on the basis of contract noEuropean for Lublin 2021- 2027.
The order includes the purchase of the following medical equipment:
- ultrasound apparatus- 1 pc.
- videogastroscope- 2 pcs.
- video-circuit- 2 pcs.
- video -ikoscope (other model)- 1 pc.
- videobronchoscope- 1 pcs.endoscopic - 1 pcTo allow the device to be used and obtaining all permits required by law (if concerned);
4) the launch of installed devices and training the personnel of the ordering person
The scope of the subject of the contract include:
