The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment along with installation, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's staff in terms of operation and methods of operation - as part of the task entitled "Equipment of the Department of Internal Medicine at the Hospital. Saint Jadwiga Śląska in Trzebnica with medical equipment for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases within centers qualified to level OK I of the National Cardiological Network (KPO - Measure D1.1.1)" implemented under the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities." 2.The order is placed in parts, each of which constitutes a separate procedure. 3.
