Description:
1. The subject of the order in this tender procedure is: Supply of medical equipment for primary health care equipment under the grant project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 under the name "Support for primary health care (POZ)", meeting the description and limit parameters specified in the attachment "Technical parameters" - Annex 1a to the "Offer Form" and in accordance with the range and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, as well as in accordance with the Annex "Warranty and service conditions" - Annex 1b to the "Offer Form".
2.The order is placed divided into 7 packages (parts).
P1-FETAL HEART RATE DETECTOR
1.
