the subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment for the Provincial Hospital Zofia nee Tarnow in Tarnobrzeg, included in 6 packages.
II. Description of the subject of the contract:
1. CPV code according to the common dictionary of orders:

2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ-assortment and price form.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete all items in Annex 2 to SWZ.
