Description of the subject of the contract:
1. CPV code according to a joint order dictionary:

2. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ-assortment and price form.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete all items in Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Purchase of medical equipment, including:
Package 1 - Videogastroscope
Package 2 - densitometer with equipment
Package 3 - Implant sonification apparatus
Package 4 - Arthroscopic Shaver
Package 5 - Instrumentarium set for removing acetabulum and shaft endoprosthesis and
Package 6 - Instrumentarium set for removing acetabulum and endoprosthesis II stem
Package 7 - low -temperature refrigerator
Package 8 -a diagnostic and treaty video track with a test in a narrow light band and ENT shaver
2) delivery of the abovementioned equipment;
3) assembly/installation, starting, conducting tests and checks of the abovementioned equipment;
4) training of designated employees of the Ordering Party in the field of service of the above equipment1;
5) Technical staff training in the field of technical service and service of the above -mentioned equipment1;
6) warranty service of the abovementioned equipment, on the principles set out in § 81;
