The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.

Task 1 - ECG stimulator for the apparatus department Medical
3.3. The contracting authority is related to the subject of the contract:
1) the offered medical product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medical product must be placed on the market and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620),
3) the offered medical product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications
applicable to this product;
In the event that the offered medical product did not require notification to President of the Office
Registration of medicinal products, medical devices and biocidal products The Contractor is obliged to perform at his own expense and on his own all the activities necessary to complete all the requirements of the law related to the introduction of the product on the market and use on area of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to perform such activities within the time limits arising from applicable regulations and provide the Employer with relevant documents confirming the performance of such activities on these dates.
