The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment, which is the equipment of the multi -specialist one -day therapy center (crevice lamps, steam sterilizer, ultrasound apparatus, diaatermia (including diaatermia with argon)) in 5 parts.
The proceedings are conductedPursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter PZP, in an open tender mode with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the PZP) based on art. 138 para. 4 of the PZP Act.
The contracting authority informs that the order is co -financed from fundsfrom the budget of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, as well as from the European Union - the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds program for Lublin 2021-2027, Measure 7.8 Infrastructure of health care, priority VII Better availability of social and health services -Project "Improving the quality and availability of medical services by creating a multi-specialist treatment therapy center implemented in one day and AOS retrofitting at the Voivodship Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska and AOS", project number: Fel 07.08-IZ.00-0042/24.
