Description:
1. The subject of exchanging is the supply of medical equipment for the Zduńskowolski Poviat Hospital Sp. z o.o. divided into parts: part 1 - equipment of the operating theater and recovery room, part 2 - computed tomograph, part 3 - magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, part 4 - X -ray with suspensionceiling, part 5 - Sterilizer equipment
2. By delivery, the contracting authority understands the delivery, bringing, assembly and start of the equipment together with all the elements necessary for its proper functioning resulting from the method of assembly used by the Contractor, removal of packaging,Personnel training, transferring a license to software for the operation of the equipment and its accessories (if the license is necessary). The above actions the Contractor made by own forces and at its own expense.
3. The offered subject of the contract must be brand new, unused, originallyPacked, having no signs of opening. Equipment cannot be posts or regenerated. It must be complete and ready to use without any additional purchases, and free from any physical and legal defects, not burdened with any rights of third parties.
4. The equipment must be offeredAdmitted to trading in the area of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law, including the necessary certificates (CE certificate) and approvals.
5. The equipment must be deprived of all kinds of security, which after a period of warranty would hinder access to equipment for employeesZam...
