A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the price form. No. 1 to SWZ. Medical gauzes declared by the Contractor in the offer as the subject of the orderliquefied gases and other gases together with the lease of cryogenic tanks and cylinders should have, as of the date of delivery and the period of use/validity provided for in the contract with the Ordering Party, current approvals for marketing and operation/use in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with Polish lawm and European Union law, and also meets other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
