Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of medical gases along with the lease of a tank with a capacity of 3,000 l (including inspection of installations and equipment subject to lease). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Price Form).2. Liquid medical oxygen. Ordering party it does not have its own liquid oxygen tank. The Contractor will secure a tank with a capacity of 3,000 l, the technical operation of which and ensuring its efficiency is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Ordering Party anticipates the consumption of medical oxygen in quantities in accordance with the attached price form. Based on current needs It is expected that in a given month the tank will be replenished on average twice, with approximately 2,300 - 3,000 kg of water. For obvious reasons, the amount listed is an estimate and may change according to the actual needs of the hospital.3. Medical oxygen in bundles The Ordering Party has its own bundles marked - 12 pcs. cylinders with a capacity of 50 l -200B, the technical maintenance of which and ensuring efficiency is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.
