The Contractor guarantees compliance of the delivered goods with the technical requirements specified in Poland Standard. 2. The Contractor declares that it has all the necessary permits required by law and that all offered products have the legally required certificates and approvals in the health service on the Polish market and at any time at the request of the Ordering Party. We will deliver the required documents within the specified time. 3. The Contractor declares that the offered products have appropriate, valid documents allowing the subject of the order to be traded in the territory of the Republic of Poland and has appropriate concessions, permits or licenses for starting a business activity within the scope of this public procurement. 4. The Contractor undertakes to supply gas (for the Ordering Party's cylinders) of appropriate quality and to attach a gas quality control certificate to the delivery. The supplied gas should have a registration certificate and a certificate confirming PN standards. Delivery of medical argon in cylinders along with the lease of cylinders for the needs of the Hospital in Jelenia Góra, ul. Ogińskiego 6 1.
