Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical materials - disposable equipment for the needs of a hospital pharmacy for hospital departments.
The offer may include the entire order or selected Packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted to all items. The Employer does not allow submission of offers for selected items under the packages.
3. The subject of the contract was described in Annex 1 to SWZ, i.e. the price form (specification quantitative and intention).
4. The user allows you to offer products in various unit packaging, provided that the final amount is identical to the quantitative and assortment specification provided by the Ordering Party, if the total number of pieces is not divisible by size Packaging The Ordering Party allows the valuation of the products taking into account the conversion of quantity with accuracy to two decimal places, after conversion in accordance with mathematical principles.
5. Among the procedure, it allows the submission of partial offers, i.e. for any selected packages.
6. The reserve you have the right to buy a smaller amount of products.
7. During the performance of the contract, the Employer may make quantitative shifts between individual items of the assortment within the limits of the value of the concluded contract in relation to each package.
