- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of implantable medical materials to the operating theater with a room for imperial cuts "
2. The contractor may only offer products that have been allowed for marketing and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices- Declaration of compliance with CE or entry in the register of medical devices.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into the following packages:
Package 1 - tape for treatment of exercise urinary incontinence and a network for treating statics disorders
Package 2 - Implants for ACL reconstruction and reconstructionarticular cartilage
package 3 - membrane for the treatment of cartilage and cartilaginous cavities
package 4 - bone -membrane material
package 5 - implants for osteosynthesis
4. The contracting authority requires the creation, free of charge by the contractorin a place designated by the Employer.
5. A detailed description and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in:
