Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical materials used in gynecological surgery for the needs of the inter -nasty specialist hospital in Warsaw.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into 14 task groups, in quantities and assortments
demonstrated in price forms constituting integral parts of this SWZ.
It is not allowed to submit offers
partial in within individual tasks.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of variant offers.
5. Each contractor has the right to submit only one offer. Submission by one contractor
more than one offer or offer containing alternatives causes everyone to reject
offers submitted by a given contractor.
6. The range offered in the tender procedure (mentioned in price forms)
must be in line with the description of the subject of the contract and must meet the conditions for admission to
trading in health care facilities in accordance with applicable law.
7. Failure to meet any of the required parameters gives rise to the ordering party to
rejecting the offer.
8. The order will be processed for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion An important contract with the contractor selected as a result of the public procurement procedure.
9. Delivery cannot be longer than 3 days.
10. The suggestions will be assessed on the basis of the criteria described in Chapter XV of this SWZ.
