Description: 1. The order of the order is:
Task No. 1 - Delivery of surgical aprons and disposable surgical sets
Task No. 2 - Delivery of operational serves, masks and surgical caps
Task number 3 - Delivery of medical aprons of non-woven disposable use
1.2. Required technical and utility parameters and other quality requirements relating to the main elements of the subject of the contract, define attachments from 2/1 to 2/3 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete
and attach to the offer.
1.3. According to the requirement specified in art. 246 par. 2 of the PZP Act, a contracting authority using a price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, described in the description of the subject of the order (Annexes from 2/1 to 2/3 to SWZ) requirements relating to at least the main elements consisting of the subject of the contract.
