Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical, non -medical and technical gases along with the lease of tanks, cylinders, bundles and transport to Copernicus facilities. z o. o. with its registered office in Gdańsk. The subject of the contract consists of 4 parts:
• Part 1: Medical gas supplies and non -medical, with the lease of stationary reservoirs, cylinders and bundles and their transport to the Employer,
• Part 2: Delivery of liquid air, with the lease of the stationary reservoir and transport to the Employer,
• Part 3: Deliveries of liquid nitrogen by own transport to the Employer,
•Hi No. 4: Supply of technical gases with the lease of the cylinder and their transport to the Employer.
2. Detailed scope of the subject of the contract and its method The implementation includes attachments to SWZ, including Annex 1 to SWZ- Description of the subject of the contract, Annexes 3 to SW attachments NO
Annexes 4 to SWZ - the price specification form, the Contractor attachs to the offer.
3. Medical, non -medical and technical gases offered by the contractor They must have current approvals to trading and operation in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with Polish law and the law of the European Union, as well as meet other requirements specified by the contracting authority in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to SWZ).
