Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical, non -medical, reusable masks and accessories for medical apparatus for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk.
2. The subject of the contract consists of 34 parts, whose detailed description, range and quantity includes Annex 1 to SWZ-assortment and price form, which the contractor attachs to the offer. The contractor, by completing the indicated items in Annex 1 to SWZ, confirms the meeting of the requirements specified by the Employer.
3. The method of implementation of the subject of the contract is determined by the draft contracts - Annex 3 to SWZ.
4. OfferedOrder items must be complete, with a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
5. The offered items of the order must be allowed for market and use in accordance with applicable law.
6.The subject of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws 2012.974 of 2022.05.09), if the contracting authority requires the offer to offer an assortment constituting a medical product.
7. In all SWZ entries and its attachments in which the Employer dismissesto standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
