Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and delivery of medical devices such as: microcatheters, microguides, stents, embolization coils, balloon catheters for remodeling, self-expandable stents, catheters for patency, aspiration system for mechanical thrombectomy along with pump and accessories for the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Vascular Surgery in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the IDW - Assortment and quantity form.
2. The subject of the order also includes the lease of equipment and a pump cooperating with the aspiration system mechanical thrombectomy of cerebral vessels compatible with the connector system for the Department of Neurosurgery (part no. 3, 11).
