Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical products for the Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery at the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o. o.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ/AGREEMENT and Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the order has been divided for 12 parts (packages).
3. The procedure is conducted as an open tender, in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
