Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery at the request of the Ordering Party of medicinal products in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended) taking into account minimum quality requirements relating to the elements (including main elements) constituting the subject of the order in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1273), in detail described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts, hereinafter referred to as: "Packages", described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts for which a contractor may submit an offer, nor does it indicate the maximum number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same contractor. - Package No. 1 - medicines for external medicines and inhalation medicines/internal medicines; - Package No. 2 - drugs used primarily in the intensive care unit; - Package No. 3 - drugs used primarily in anesthesiology; -Main classification (cpv): Pharmaceutical products (33600000-6).
