- The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products and medicines for drug programs in packages no. 1 to no. 33 for SPSZOZ "Zdroje" and the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicines and dressings in package no. 34.
The subject of the order is divided into 34 parts called packages. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The offer should cover the entire subject of the order in a given package.
The Ordering Party envisages - in a given Package (task) - concluding a framework agreement:
1) concluding a framework agreement due to the specific nature of the subject of the order with one contractor
313(1) of the Public Procurement Law - on the terms of the contract specified in the framework agreement, without conducting a procurement procedure.
