Medicinal productions offered by contractors in these proceedings must meet the requirements arising from the Act of 6 September2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686). (regarding groups 1-101 with the exception of groups 2 items 5 and 10, groups 10 items 1, groups 29 items 2, groups 64, 76, 78, 93 items 3 and 4,).Prices must take into account the provisions of art. 9 of the Act of 12.05.2011 on reimbursement of medicines, foods of special nutritional uses and medical devices (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 930)
