Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the Provincial Combined Hospital dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ (assortment and price form), in which the amount of the subject of the contract is givenand description of the subject of the order for the basic order and for the order covered by the options. The Employer allows you to submit partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into 70 parts (packages). The contracting authority allows the offer to be submitted for one, several or allparts. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the cost, risk and transport of the Contractor. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
