The contracting authority allows you to offer packaging of a different size with appropriate conversion of ordered quantities, So that the number of pieces (e.g. doses, tablets, ampoules, vials) is in line with SWZ. The calculated number of packaging should be rounded to the full packaging up.
The Employer requires providing a commercial name and EAN code in the assortment and price form (Annex 1 to SWZ) in packages containing the column: Trade name and EAN code. The offer that does not contain the above information will be rejected as incompatible with the terms of the order.
