Description:
The subject is the successive delivery of medicinal products and medical devices to the Company Pharmacy (CPV code 33600000 and 33100000). The order quantities given in Annex 1 to the specification are estimates, and the actual number of products ordered will result from the current order needs.blowing. If the Entertainer does not purchase the number of products specified in Appendix 1, the Contractor is not entitled to full execution of the order. The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase products from the Contractor whose value will amount to at least 70% of the contract value.
