Description:
1. The subject of this order is the successive delivery of medicinal products in partial deliveries, in accordance with the provisions of Appendix No. 2 to the ToR of the assortment and price form. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 Tasks: 1) TASK No. 1 - INTRAVENOUS FLUIDS 2) TASK No. 2 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTSCZE - heparins (blood clotting agents) 3) TASK No. 3 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS - antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis drugs, various medicinal products 4) TASK No. 4 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS - various medicinal products 5) TASK No. 5 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS - various medicinal products, non-chemical disposable amedical and hematological articles, lancets 6) TASK No. 6 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS - injectable solutions 7) TASK No. 7 - MEDICINAL PRODUCTS - injectable solutions The Contracting Entity allows the Contractor to offer packaging sizes other than those indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. In the case ofoffering a commercial packaging of a given Good other than indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR, the Ordering Party requires the number of packaging to be recalculated and rounded up (up to full packaging). 2.
