- The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products and pharmaceuticals. The offered subject of the contract must have the appropriate permit for marketing in accordance with (if concerned):
1) by the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law;
2) by the Act of 7 April 2022 onmedical devices;
3) by the Act of 18 March 2011 on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
Part 1 - Delivery of medical products and pharmaceuticals
The subject of the contract are the supplies of medical products and pharmaceuticals.The offered subject of the contract must have the appropriate permit for marketing in accordance with (if concerned):
1) by the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law;
2) by the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices;
3) by the Act of 18 March 2011 on Product Registration OfficeMedicinal, medical devices and biocidal products.
