- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products and specialized medical devices used in urology and ophthalmology for the needs of the UK-2 PUM, hereinafter referred to as "products".
2. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the unit price form (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also called as "FCJ") - and should be submitted with the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "FO").
