3. SWZ: Subject conditions required from Contractors - Contractors submitting an offer in the procedure declare that that they undertake to comply with the following requirements:
1) They will offer medicinal products that meet the requirements specified in the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2025.750, consolidated text of June 2025, as amended), in accordance with the description of the subject of the order contained in the Forms assortment and prices constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
