Delivery of medicinal products, foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes and substances for pharmacy recipes to the Provincial Complex of Health Care Facilities Center for the Treatment of Lung Diseases and Rehabilitation in Łodź
The Ordering Party plans to fulfill the orders successively depending on the needs. WITHDue to changes in drugs used to treat diseases and therapeutic processes, at the moment the Ordering Party is unable to precisely determine the number of parts of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a list of medicinal products and foodstuffs for particular nutritional purposesand substances for the pharmacy recipe, estimated quantities and division into parts will be specified in the Assortment and Price Form, which is an annex to the SWZ. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in applicable law, be admitted to trading and have the required documentationents confirming approval for use in Poland. The subject of the order must be authorized for trading and use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301) and have a registration certificate of the Ministry of Health. Detailed informationinformation regarding the order and the division into individual parts will be available on the Ordering Party's purchasing platform https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/centrrumpluc/proceedings and in the announcement published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
