Description:
6.1. The subject of the fall is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the Oddziawa Hospital of the Bytow Poviat Sp. z o.o., based on a framework agreement, ordered by a hospital pharmacies in the assortment and the requirements of ribs specified in the assortment and price form - ZEZKZEK No.1 to SWZ. Advocance No. 1 also determines the indicative number of medicinal products. During the contracting agreement, the ordering contract is applied to the delivery of deliveries for at least 40% of the maximum remuneration specified in 2 para. 1 contract. 6.2. Delivery of the assortment will be implemented on the basis of the Claveat the expense and risk of the Contractor to the hospital pharmacy within 1 business day from the time of Zoenia. BD deliveries carried out within 12 months from the date of signingcontracts.
