Description:
The subject of the Order is the successive delivery of medicinal products (also referred to as the assortment) for the departments of the Hospital of Bytow County Sp. z o. o., on the basis of a framework agreement, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and the absolute requirements specified in the form assortment and prices - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ also specifies the approximate number of medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged to order supplies worth at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
