Description: The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products.
The subject of the order is divided into 29 parts, hereinafter referred to as packages. The offer may include all orders or selected packages. . The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted to all items. The Ordering Party does not allow tenders for selected items as part of the packages.
In detail, the subject of the order was described in Annex 3 of SWZ, i.e. a price form (quantitative and assortment specification).
The Ordering Party allows to offer products in various unit packaging, provided that the final amount will be identical with the ordering authority in the quantitative and assortment specification form. If the overall number of pieces is not divisible by the packaging size, the Ordering Party allows the product valuation taking into account the conversion of quantities with the accuracy of two decimal places, after conversion in accordance with the mathematical principles.
