Description:
1. The subject of the order is delivered to medicinal products for the implementation of drug programs and chemotherapy - oncology. The subject of the order was divided into 11 parts/packages, each of which is a separate subject of the contract:

Package No. 7 - Tremelimumammbum
Package No. 8 - Rucaparibum
Package No. 9 - Niraaribum
Package No. 10 - APALUTAMID
Package No. 11 - Pazopanibum
2. Detailed description of the subjectThe orders can be found in Annex 1a to SWZ.
3. The object and conditions for the implementation of this contract must be in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal provisions in this respect.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of grantingorders referred to in art. 214 paragraph
1 item 8 of the PZP Act
5. The removal requires that the offered medicines be on the list of reimbursed drugs on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Health current as at the day of submitting offers, and the offered price cannot exceed the amount of the financing limita given active substance - for a given drug.pr...
