Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products, including infusion fluids, in the quantities and range indicated in the Assortment and Price Forms included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Deliveries will be made to the collection point: Hospital Pharmacy in Będzin at ul. Małachowskiego 12 or to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in Czeladź, ul. Szpitalna 40 for a period of 18 months from the first day of the contract.
