Brief description of the subject of the order: Supplies of medicinal products I: a. All offered goods, within the scope of Task No.On September 6, 2001, the Pharmaceutical Law granted the appropriate authorization for marketing and use in Poland, based on an entry in the Register of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Materials. The ordering party requires the delivery of documents specified in the Act of September 27, 2013 amending thePharmaceutical Law and certain other acts and the Act on the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biomicrobial Products of March 18, 2011, b. Prices for reimbursed products proposed in the proceedings cannot be higher than those resulting from the provisions of Art. 9 section 1 and 2Act of May 12, 2011 on the reimbursement of medicines, foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and medical devices., c. In justified cases, the Ordering Party allows packaging with a different capacity (weight) - the demand for a given medicine should then be calculated accordingly...
