Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products.
The offer may cover the entire order or selected packages. To be valid in a given package, the offer must be submitted for all items. Ordering party does not allow the submission of offers for selected items as part of packages
The subject of the order was described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the price form (quantity and product specification).
The Ordering Party allows products to be offered in various unit packaging, provided that that the final quantity will be identical to that provided by the ordering party in the quantity and assortment specification form, If the total number of pieces is not divisible by the size of the packaging, the ordering party allows the valuation of products taking into account quantity conversions with an accuracy of two places after decimal point, after conversion according to mathematical principles.
We allow the replacement of tablets with capsules and vice versa, while maintaining the route of administration and site of action.
