The subject of the contract is:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products.
2. The order of the contract is divided into 9 parts, hereinafter referred to as packages. The offer may include the entire order or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted toAll items. The Ordering Party does not allow submission of offers for selected items under the
3 packets.unit packaging, provided that the final amount will be identical to the quantitative and assortment specification provided by the Ordering Party. If the total number of pieces is not divisible by the size of the packaging, the contracting authority allows the valuation of the products taking into account the conversion of the quantitywith an accuracy to two decimal places, after calculating round the mathematical principles.Pharmaceutical
