Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products.
2. The order of the contract is divided into 10 parts, hereinafter referred to as packages.
The offer for its validity in package No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 must be submitted to all positions.
The contracting authority, however, allows for submitting offers for selected items under Package No. 10.
3. The subject of the contract was described in Annex 1 to SWZ, i.e. the price form (quantitative and assortment specification).
4. The company allows you to offer products in various unit packages, provided that the final amount It will be the same as provided by the Employer in the quantitative and assortment specification form, if the total number of pieces is not divisible by the size of the packaging, the contracting authority allows the valuation of the products taking into account the conversion of the quantity with the accuracy to two decimal places, after conversion according to mathematical principles.
5. We allow the conversion of tablets to capsules and vice versa with the path of application and place of action.
