Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of medicinal products to SPZZOZ in Wyszkow (procedure no. Dez/341/ZP -22/2025) according to the assortment specified in the assortment and price - detailed price offer - Annex 2 to SWZ in parts/packages from 1 to 86.
2. Product products Therapeutic must be allowed to trading and use in accordance with applicable regulations and the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 20125.750) and the cure of medicinal products approved in the current official list art. 3 or 4 para. 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
3. The validity of the subject of the contract must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery.

1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery of medicinal products to SPZZOZ in Wyszkow (no. Dez/Z/341/ZP -22/2025) According to the assortment specified in the assortment and price - detailed price offer - Annex 2 to SWZ in parts/packages from 1 to 86.
2. The offered medicinal products must be allowed to trade and use in accordance with applicable regulations and the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 20125.750) and the medicinal products admitted to trading on the RP, on the principles set out in art. 3 or 4 para. 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
